We like to follow two rules in life: (1) don't cause anyone misery and (2) if you do something then follow through on it and do it well.

In practice we will not sell you anything that does not work or will be a problem and if you ever contact us for support we will not leave you dissatisfied.

Our mission is to retain you as a customer for the long term beyond a single purchase. We want you to come back to us for Windows 12, Windows 13, Office 202x.....203x....and so on. We want you to keep us in mind not just your future software needs but hopefully refer us to your family and friends too.

We remember what it was like to be on the purchasing end and the anxiety that can follow from issues. For this reason customer satisfaction is an important objective for us. For other sellers they may leave you to handle your own issues but we will follow through on all support requests.

Our prices are low so we can hook you from an initial transaction. The quality of our products is no different to any other higher priced seller of the same product. Our prices may change from time to based on costs, fixed or variable, so if you do notice any fluctuations this is not a reflection of the product itself.
